We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. All merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date.
To return your product, please send an email to email@example.com and return details will be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. To complete your return, items must placed in the original packaging and include all tags attached along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
